XB4 gear differential was completely redesigned both in front and rear and features unique split design of the crown gear. The differential has greater internal oil volume to increase consistency of the diff action, yet at the same time it is significantly narrower to fit into the narrower bulkhead to move the rotating weight closer to the center line.
