The Precision Racing Systems 48 Pitch pinion gears are made from aircraft grade aluminum with a hard coat black anodized finish for durability.  Made in the USA.
Constructed from light 6061 aluminum then hard Teflon coated black.  Additional "lightening" holes have been added to reduce the rotating mass. No messing with the normal 0.050 allen wrench, these take the large 0.062 tip wrench that are used on your 4/40 button head screws.
