Mugen Seiki Oil Seals contains a pack of sixteen replacement oil shock seals, that are used to rebuild the shocks.  If the seals are worn out, the shocks will leak oil and suck in air causing shock performance to be less than ideal.  It is always a good idea to change the seals and oil periodically.
