The Ashford Hobby Satisfaction Guarantee

Ashford Hobby wants you to be pleased with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any item you purchased from Ashford Hobby, you may return it, as long as it is in “as new” condition with all original contents and packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date for full value store credit or a refund to the original payment method; refunds to the original payment method will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

If you need to return an item due to a mistake in shipping on our behalf or our shippers we will issue a full refund or replacement, whichever is requested. We will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. In the case of a defective item we will assist in getting a replacement directly from our venders or we will replace it from our inventory depending on vendor policy.  Due to the nature of electronic products such as motors, batteries, speed-controls, servos, etc., warrantee and/or service must be handled by the vendor. Nitro engines will not be covered for anything other than a clear manufactures defect, warrantee decisions on these items to be made by the importer or vendor of the specific product.

Return procedure to Ashford Hobby

• You can Email us at sales@ashfordhobby.com or call us by telephone toll-free at 800-380-6517 Monday thru Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.  Please have your order number, part numbers and quantities you would like to return.  Please also have a brief  explanation of why you are returning the item(s), and your preferred method of reimbursement.

• Please note that the refund is computed off the final price of any item less coupon discounts or customer loyalty points.  If you have any questions on this please contact us and we will be glad to explain it.

• We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Please print the form and include it with your returns.

• The RMA will have a return shipping address for your use.  Please carefully package return items to protect from damage during shipping.

• Remember to insure any return packages to Ashford Hobby as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, the carrier will reimburse you in that case of damaged or lost shipments.

• Ashford Hobby will notify you by the email listed in your account with-in 2 working days of the return.  If you requested shop credit you will receive a coupon code good for the amount of the return, if you requested a refund to your credit card or PayPal you will get a notice of the credit less restocking charges.
